Important Information About Your Rentals
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of All About Fun RV Rental. Here is a summary of their terms and conditions:

Definitions
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for All About Fun RV Rental.

    * The Supplier means the operator of All About Fun RV Rental
    * The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s) or renter (s)

PAYMENT
An initial non refundable deposit is secured at the time of your reservation confirmation, accepted credit cards include: Visa and Mastercard only. (1.75% transaction fee applies). Shortly after initial confirmation the Supplier will deduct a USD $100.00 to hold your booking for you - this deposit goes towards your rental total. Please ensure that this will be deducted from your credit card. Full payment of the balance due is due two weeks prior to your departure and will be processed on your elected credit card.

We accept Visa, Master Card, AMX and Discover card,  be aware that any damages to your unit may be charged to your credit card. You must bring this card for an imprint at time of check out.

Please Note:  If this is a late notice rental, total amount due may be charged to card even before application is filled out based on information provided over the phone.
No check accepted 1-13 days prior to your departure date.

REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
Refundable deposits are collected along with your rental balance, due within two weeks prior to your departure date. Refundable deposits start at $500 and may go up depending on motor home/rental unit choice, insurance deductible, destination, or other factors.
All international customer rental deposits are minimum $2,000.

SECURITY DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The renter must be aware that any damages to your unit may be charged to your credit card. You must bring this card for an imprint at time of check out. $500.00 minimum refundable security deposit for all vehicles driven in the USA. Compulsory insurance liability is the first $750.00 for all vehicles except the Class A which is $1000.00 in US. Vehicles may be taken into Canada or Mexico but the Security Damage Deposit will increase to US$1500.00. $2000 bond is required for all international clients deductible from credit card. The Security Damage deposit will be returned after a 14 day waiting period. This process can be sooner depending on time of year. This is due to processing paper work. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A 48 HOUR INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE AND LOST RENTED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT THE RENTER PRESENT.

CANCELLATION
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:

Rental balance due total is due two weeks prior to departure.
Any cancellation of reservation will result in the loss of your $100 supplier booking hold that was charged to your credit card shortly after reservation confirmation.
Any cancellation within 4-16 days of departure will result in forfeiture of all prepaid rental fees. You may use this as a rental credit for future rentals.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

OFFICE HOURS
Monday-Friday:  9:00am-5:00pm
Saturday:  9:00am-4:00pm
Closed: New Years Day, Easter, Sundays, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

PICK UP AND DROP OFF INSTRUCTIONS
Pick up time is between 2.00pm - 4:00pm only. Anything earlier than that would be determined closer to the time of pick up and is at the discretion of the Supplier. Units must be dropped off between 9:00 AM and NOON. Late returns are subject to late charges of up to $25 per hour.

LATE RETURNS
Please Note: Arrivals that are later than 5pm will be done the next day. We do not remain open past 5pm for any late arrivals.
If the rental unit is 24 hours overdue and the renter has not contacted all about fun RV Rental, the unit will be considered stolen. The renter is required to contact All About Fun RV Rents the day before their return to request changes to the contract.

TRANSFER
Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Please contact the Supplier on the details above to arrange this.  Airport pick up and return is available in San Diego Airport and Los Angeles Airport.  All flight details must be provided with the reservation request. Fees vary depending on locations. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour.

MILEAGE
You will receive 100 free miles per day and pay $0.40 per mile extra for Class C units, and $0.60 per mile extra for Class A units.  If your rental averages more than 200 miles per day you will be charged a one time $75 mileage surcharge for up to 299 miles per day, and a charge of $150 for mileage over 300 miles per day along with your existing mileage charges. Additional mileage surcharge may apply for excessive mileage. This fee keeps us from eliminating free mileage all together. 

EXCESSIVE MILEAGE POLICY
Normal rental rates are based on an average mileage trip of 100 miles per day. Excessive mileage charges will be charged when your rental exceeds this amount and will be charged at a different rate taking into consideration your 100 free miles per day on all Class C coaches. Please see rates or ask for a excessive mileage estimate up front. Not knowing these added mileage charges does not remove you from paying them.

INSURANCE - with MBA Choice - www.mbachoice.com
The Supplier not carry it's own Renters Liability Insurance or Collision Damage  coverage for renting their Motorhomes. All renters will either provide coverage through their own auto insurance policy or purchase insurance through MBA Choice. All drivers must be age 25 or older with a valid driver's license.

Your own cover
If you are providing coverage through your own auto insurance policy you will be required to present written documentation (i.e. your insurance policy) that clearly shows your being covered for driving rental RVs / Motorhomes in the United States, please have your insurance company fax us a copy of your insurance binder or ask the Supplier about theirs on the contact details provided on your confirmation invoice. If this is done prior to rental, insurance is charged by the value of your RV per day, it is only when nothing is done prior to arrival that the rate may be higher.

Your insurance company must cover you for collision and liability or you do need to purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please note that a lot of insurance policies may cover you for rental cars but may not extend to Motorhomes / RVs. Please check with your insurance company.

If you will be using your own Insurance cover outside of MBA Choice please email the following details to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier that you are booked and confirmed with:

- Policy number
- Name and contact details for the policy provider,
- All drivers’ license details
- All drivers’ Date Of Birth

If you do not have your own existing insurance cover you will need to purchase cover through MBA Choice www.mbachoice.com  
Important Note: Do not purchase insurance coverage with MBA Choice until you have received your final booking confirmation email confirming the availability of your chosen vehicle and itinerary. The following instructions on how to book with MBA Choice will be repeated on your booking confirmation email. If you have any queries at any stage please contact the RV supplier who will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

Purchasing coverage for Motorhomes through MBA Choice
This can be purchased online by visiting www.mbachoice.com . Once you have raised an insurance cover with MBA Choice please email the details of this to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier. It may be easiest for you to simply forward the documentation you will receive via email from MBA Choice to explore@motorhomerepublic.com.  Please quote your vehicle booking confirmation number when emailing us details of your MBA Choice Policy.

Please make sure you bring a copy of your MBA Choice Policy documentation when picking up your vehicle.  MBA Choice  Coverage costs between $17 - $30 per day depending on the vehicle you are hiring.
1. Go to the Purchase RV Rental Insurance page on the website www.mbachoice.com .
2. Here you will be asked for a Policy Number. Our Policy Number is 301380 , Enter this and click the Next Step/Verify Dealer button.
3. On the next page you will be asked to stipulate whether the vehicle you are renting is a Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 vehicle. Please choose a series number based on the value of the rental unit
4. Click the correct Series button and on the following pages you will be asked for your trip, personal and payment details.
5. You will receive documentation via email once your purchase has been completed. Please email a copy to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and bring a copy of this with you when picking up your vehicle.
6. Please send the Supplier signed proof of insurance once purchased.

Current charges (subject to change)
Series 1: $17/day
Series 2: $22/day
Series 3: $28/day
Series 4: $30/day

You will also be charged a $10 service fee.

You can also view additional information on the MBA Choice website if you have any questions in regards to coverage. This insurance does not cover traveling into Mexico, additional Mexico insurance coverage will need to be obtained, but the supplier does allow units to travel to Mexico once additional coverage is obtained.

DAMAGES
If coach comes back with damages no matter how minor they will be repaired at renter's expense. We will do all that we can to keep cost down to a minimum but repairs will be made and taken out of the Security Damage Deposit. This process may take several weeks due to the coach being out on rental. If the renter chooses to have damage fixed while he/she is out on their trip it must be approved by the Supplier. Be aware that all repairs are done by an approved shop and we will be at the mercy of their shop rates.

Damage deposits will be returned after a 14 day waiting period. This process can be sooner depending on time of year. This is due to processing paper work.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A 48 HOUR INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE AND LOST RENTED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT THE RENTER PRESENT.
 
QUICK DEPOSIT
If you would like your paper work moved to the top of the list and guaranteed 48 hour return you can pay a $25 fee to have this done.

MINIMUM HIRE
This is generally a 3 day minimum, but up to 4- 5 day minimum for major holidays.

BREAKDOWNS
All About Fun RV Rental is responsible for refunding for lost days due to total RV failure due to coach problems. All About Fun RV Rental is not responsible for loss of income, food or housing due to total RV failures but we will provide similar transportation to get you home. No food, housing or any other compensation will be paid to customer in the case of a total RV failure.

GENERATORS
Due to variation in operating conditions caused by operator errors, weather conditions and internal electronics, the Supplier will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions.
PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. The Supplier will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines.

CLEANING (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Motor Home must be brought back CLEAN on the interior or cleaning charges will be taken out of your damages deposit. Interior must be wiped down, fridge cleaned, floors swept or vacuumed and toilet cleaned. Bring it back just the way you received it an you will not be charged. The cleaning fee starts differ depending on the cleaning needed. Basic return cleaning is $125.00.
- You do not have to clean the exterior
- You do not have to refill the water or empty the septic holding tanks
- If fuel and propane are not refilled upon return, fees will apply. Propane can be filled at the site of drop off. Prices on propane do differ when rates changing. NO REFUNDS for overfill of fuel upon return of rental unit.

PREP FEE
One time charge of $55.00 for motor home set up, some class A may be higher. Prep fee includes return exterior cleaning, final evacuation of RV, fueling and propane of RV (does not include cost of material) Water hose, sewer hose, water regulator, sewer chemicals, and a full tank of water upon departure.

PICK UP/DELIVERY
Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour. Fees vary.

AIRPORT PICK UP AND TRANSFER
Airport pick up and return is avasilable. Fees vary.

TOWING
Towing is allowed with pre-approval. $10 PER DAY

HOUSEKEEPING KITS (OPTIONAL)
House Keeping kits include bedding, linen, and stocked with kitchen supplies for up to 6 people for $150 ($10 per person over 6)

SMOKING
Please be aware all Coaches are non-smoking, a $200 smoking fine will apply! Smoking with window down is not allowed and is subject to the same fine.

NOTES:
1.     All units have generators @ no extra charge except for travel trailers, travel trailers do not have generators but toy haulers do.
2.     Any trips consisting of more than 3000 miles, renter will be responsible for getting and paying for oil change. A $100 fine will be imposed if no proof of oil change .
3.     Drivers must be at least 25 years of age
4.     PICK-UPS ARE BETWEEN 2PM AND 5PM LATE ARRIVALS THAT ARE LATER THAN 5PM WILL BE DONE THE NEXT DAY. WE DO NOT STAY OPEN PAST 5 PM FOR LATE ARRIVALS !!!!!!!! Return unit before noon to avoid extra charges. The morning is free. Fuel and propane tanks must be full and holding tanks empty or subject to additional charge. Pets By special arrangement only. Subject to $100.00 fee if evidence of pet on board on return.
5.     Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs will void all insurance.
6.     We will make every effort to provide the renter with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of like or higher quality. Renter will be responsible for checking engine oil and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Renter will be responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in unit operation or failure to perform normal maintenance. Renter will be held responsible for brake damage, due to failure to use recommended gears on steep down grades. Renter will be held responsible for chipped or cracked windshields and any other glass damage on unit. Due to variation in operating conditions caused by climate and altitude, AAFRVR will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions, PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. AAFRVR will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines, or any tire/wheel/hub cap damage or loss due to hitting curbs and pot holes. In the event the unit is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, our responsibility to the renter limited to the refund of the daily rental or portion thereof. Items that are not considered a breakdown and do not constitute a refund are
7.     FURNACE, AIR CONDITIONING, OVEN/STOVE, MICROWAVE, RADIO, TV/VCR GENERATOR, CRUISE CONTROL, AND COACH WATER PUMP AND FRIDGE. PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THESE ITEMS, IF YOU DO NOT CALL PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ANY COMPENSATION. A LOT OF THESE PROBLEMS MAY BE SOLVED OVER THE PHONE.
8.     Units must be dropped off between 9:00 AM and NOON. Late returns are subject to late charges of up to $25 per hour. Units must be returned in the same condition as received. A clean up fee will be charged upon return if unit is returned in unsatisfactory condition. Any interior damage or stains on carpet, upholstery, mattresses, etc... will be subject to loss of damage deposit. IF UNIT IS 24 HOURS OVERDUE AND RENTER HAS NOT CONTACTED AAFRVR UNIT WILL BE CONSIDERED STOLEN. RENTER IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT AAFRVR THE DAY BEFORE THERE RETURN TO ARRANGE DROP OFF OF MOTOR HOME.
9.     AAFRVR can not be held responsible for any additional days of rental incurred due to acts of nature, weather conditions, road closures or any other delays beyond AAFRVR control. All costs are solely at the expense of the renter. Abandonment of the unit is paramount to theft. All cost of recovery and return will be handled through litigation if necessary.
10. No traveling to Death Valley. Any down time or damages due to extreme weather encountered in Death Valley will not be covered by AAFRVR or its insurance company.
PLEASE REMEMBER, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR TRIP A SUCCESS AND ADDRESS ALL YOUR NEEDS. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO BRING THE MOTOR HOME BACK CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. MOTOR HOME MUST BE  CLEANED ON THE INSIDE. THE MOTOR HOME MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN TO RECEIVE ALL YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK. YOU MIGHT THINK IT'S JUST A RENTAL, BUT IT'S THE NEXT GUY'S VACATION. SMOKING IS NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR COACHES AND FINES WILL BE LEVIED.

The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Please contact the Supplier on the details above to arrange this.  Airport pick up and return is available in San Diego Airport and Los Angeles Airport.  All flight details must be provided with the reservation request. Fees vary depending on locations. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour.

MILEAGE
You will receive 100 free miles per day and pay $0.40 per mile extra for Class C units, and $0.60 per mile extra for Class A units.  If your rental averages more than 200 miles per day you will be charged a one time $75 mileage surcharge for up to 299 miles per day, and a charge of $150 for mileage over 300 miles per day along with your existing mileage charges. Additional mileage surcharge may apply for excessive mileage. This fee keeps us from eliminating free mileage all together. 

EXCESSIVE MILEAGE POLICY
Normal rental rates are based on an average mileage trip of 100 miles per day. Excessive mileage charges will be charged when your rental exceeds this amount and will be charged at a different rate taking into consideration your 100 free miles per day on all Class C coaches. Please see rates or ask for a excessive mileage estimate up front. Not knowing these added mileage charges does not remove you from paying them.

INSURANCE - with MBA Choice - www.mbachoice.com
The Supplier not carry it's own Renters Liability Insurance or Collision Damage  coverage for renting their Motorhomes. All renters will either provide coverage through their own auto insurance policy or purchase insurance through MBA Choice. All drivers must be age 25 or older with a valid driver's license.

Your own cover
If you are providing coverage through your own auto insurance policy you will be required to present written documentation (i.e. your insurance policy) that clearly shows your being covered for driving rental RVs / Motorhomes in the United States, please have your insurance company fax us a copy of your insurance binder or ask the Supplier about theirs on the contact details provided on your confirmation invoice. If this is done prior to rental, insurance is charged by the value of your RV per day, it is only when nothing is done prior to arrival that the rate may be higher.

Your insurance company must cover you for collision and liability or you do need to purchase insurance through MBA Choice. Please note that a lot of insurance policies may cover you for rental cars but may not extend to Motorhomes / RVs. Please check with your insurance company.

If you will be using your own Insurance cover outside of MBA Choice please email the following details to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier that you are booked and confirmed with:

- Policy number
- Name and contact details for the policy provider,
- All drivers’ license details
- All drivers’ Date Of Birth

If you do not have your own existing insurance cover you will need to purchase cover through MBA Choice www.mbachoice.com  
Important Note: Do not purchase insurance coverage with MBA Choice until you have received your final booking confirmation email confirming the availability of your chosen vehicle and itinerary. The following instructions on how to book with MBA Choice will be repeated on your booking confirmation email. If you have any queries at any stage please contact the RV supplier who will be able to answer any questions that you may have.

Purchasing coverage for Motorhomes through MBA Choice
This can be purchased online by visiting www.mbachoice.com . Once you have raised an insurance cover with MBA Choice please email the details of this to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and the RV supplier. It may be easiest for you to simply forward the documentation you will receive via email from MBA Choice to explore@motorhomerepublic.com.  Please quote your vehicle booking confirmation number when emailing us details of your MBA Choice Policy.

Please make sure you bring a copy of your MBA Choice Policy documentation when picking up your vehicle.  MBA Choice  Coverage costs between $17 - $30 per day depending on the vehicle you are hiring.
1. Go to the Purchase RV Rental Insurance page on the website www.mbachoice.com .
2. Here you will be asked for a Policy Number. Our Policy Number is 301380 , Enter this and click the Next Step/Verify Dealer button.
3. On the next page you will be asked to stipulate whether the vehicle you are renting is a Series 1, Series 2 or Series 3 vehicle. Please choose a series number based on the value of the rental unit
4. Click the correct Series button and on the following pages you will be asked for your trip, personal and payment details.
5. You will receive documentation via email once your purchase has been completed. Please email a copy to explore@motorhomerepublic.com and bring a copy of this with you when picking up your vehicle.
6. Please send the Supplier signed proof of insurance once purchased.

Series 2: $22/day

You will also be charged a $10 service fee.

You can also view additional information on the MBA Choice website if you have any questions in regards to coverage. This insurance does not cover traveling into Mexico, additional Mexico insurance coverage will need to be obtained, but the supplier does allow units to travel to Mexico once additional coverage is obtained.

DAMAGES
If coach comes back with damages no matter how minor they will be repaired at renter's expense. We will do all that we can to keep cost down to a minimum but repairs will be made and taken out of the Security Damage Deposit. This process may take several weeks due to the coach being out on rental. If the renter chooses to have damage fixed while he/she is out on their trip it must be approved by the Supplier. Be aware that all repairs are done by an approved shop and we will be at the mercy of their shop rates.

Damage deposits will be returned after a 14 day waiting period. This process can be sooner depending on time of year. This is due to processing paper work.  WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO A 48 HOUR INSPECTION FOR HIDDEN DAMAGE AND LOST RENTED EQUIPMENT WITHOUT THE RENTER PRESENT.
 
QUICK DEPOSIT
If you would like your paper work moved to the top of the list and guaranteed 48 hour return you can pay a $25 fee to have this done.

MINIMUM HIRE
This is generally a 3 day minimum, but up to 4- 5 day minimum for major holidays.

BREAKDOWNS
All About Fun RV Rental is responsible for refunding for lost days due to total RV failure due to coach problems. All About Fun RV Rental is not responsible for loss of income, food or housing due to total RV failures but we will provide similar transportation to get you home. No food, housing or any other compensation will be paid to customer in the case of a total RV failure.

GENERATORS
Due to variation in operating conditions caused by operator errors, weather conditions and internal electronics, the Supplier will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions.
PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. The Supplier will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines.

CLEANING (VERY IMPORTANT)
- Motor Home must be brought back CLEAN on the interior or cleaning charges will be taken out of your damages deposit. Interior must be wiped down, fridge cleaned, floors swept or vacuumed and toilet cleaned. Bring it back just the way you received it an you will not be charged. The cleaning fee starts differ depending on the cleaning needed. Basic return cleaning is $125.00.
- You do not have to clean the exterior
- You do not have to refill the water or empty the septic holding tanks
- If fuel and propane are not refilled upon return, fees will apply. Propane can be filled at the site of drop off. Prices on propane do differ when rates changing. NO REFUNDS for overfill of fuel upon return of rental unit.

PREP FEE
One time charge of $55.00 for motor home set up, some class A may be higher. Prep fee includes return exterior cleaning, final evacuation of RV, fueling and propane of RV (does not include cost of material) Water hose, sewer hose, water regulator, sewer chemicals, and a full tank of water upon departure.

PICK UP/DELIVERY
Pick up and delivery to be prearranged before departure. Allow for up to and hour for familiarization tour. Fees vary.

AIRPORT PICK UP AND TRANSFER
Airport pick up and return is avasilable. Fees vary.

TOWING
Towing is allowed with pre-approval. $10 PER DAY

HOUSEKEEPING KITS (OPTIONAL)
House Keeping kits include bedding, linen, and stocked with kitchen supplies for up to 6 people for $150 ($10 per person over 6)

SMOKING
Please be aware all Coaches are non-smoking, a $200 smoking fine will apply! Smoking with window down is not allowed and is subject to the same fine.

NOTES:
1.     All units have generators @ no extra charge except for travel trailers, travel trailers do not have generators but toy haulers do.
2.     Any trips consisting of more than 3000 miles, renter will be responsible for getting and paying for oil change. A $100 fine will be imposed if no proof of oil change .
3.     Drivers must be at least 25 years of age
4.     PICK-UPS ARE BETWEEN 2PM AND 5PM LATE ARRIVALS THAT ARE LATER THAN 5PM WILL BE DONE THE NEXT DAY. WE DO NOT STAY OPEN PAST 5 PM FOR LATE ARRIVALS !!!!!!!! Return unit before noon to avoid extra charges. The morning is free. Fuel and propane tanks must be full and holding tanks empty or subject to additional charge. Pets By special arrangement only. Subject to $100.00 fee if evidence of pet on board on return.
5.     Driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs will void all insurance.
6.     We will make every effort to provide the renter with the model requested. We reserve the right to substitute models of like or higher quality. Renter will be responsible for checking engine oil and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as having any mechanical problems reported immediately. Renter will be responsible for mechanical damages due to negligence in unit operation or failure to perform normal maintenance. Renter will be held responsible for brake damage, due to failure to use recommended gears on steep down grades. Renter will be held responsible for chipped or cracked windshields and any other glass damage on unit. Due to variation in operating conditions caused by climate and altitude, AAFRVR will assume no responsibility for generator problems and there will be no refunds for generator malfunctions, PLEASE NOTE: GENERATORS WILL NOT OPERATE WHEN THE COACH FUEL LEVEL IS AT OR AROUND 1/4 OF A TANK. AAFRVR will also not be responsible for vapor lock of engines, or any tire/wheel/hub cap damage or loss due to hitting curbs and pot holes. In the event the unit is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, our responsibility to the renter limited to the refund of the daily rental or portion thereof. Items that are not considered a breakdown and do not constitute a refund are
7.     FURNACE, AIR CONDITIONING, OVEN/STOVE, MICROWAVE, RADIO, TV/VCR GENERATOR, CRUISE CONTROL, AND COACH WATER PUMP AND FRIDGE. PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE HAVING DIFFICULTIES WITH THESE ITEMS, IF YOU DO NOT CALL PLEASE DO NOT ASK FOR ANY COMPENSATION. A LOT OF THESE PROBLEMS MAY BE SOLVED OVER THE PHONE.
8.     Units must be dropped off between 9:00 AM and NOON. Late returns are subject to late charges of up to $25 per hour. Units must be returned in the same condition as received. A clean up fee will be charged upon return if unit is returned in unsatisfactory condition. Any interior damage or stains on carpet, upholstery, mattresses, etc... will be subject to loss of damage deposit. IF UNIT IS 24 HOURS OVERDUE AND RENTER HAS NOT CONTACTED AAFRVR UNIT WILL BE CONSIDERED STOLEN. RENTER IS REQUIRED TO CONTACT AAFRVR THE DAY BEFORE THERE RETURN TO ARRANGE DROP OFF OF MOTOR HOME.
9.     AAFRVR can not be held responsible for any additional days of rental incurred due to acts of nature, weather conditions, road closures or any other delays beyond AAFRVR control. All costs are solely at the expense of the renter. Abandonment of the unit is paramount to theft. All cost of recovery and return will be handled through litigation if necessary.
10. No traveling to Death Valley. Any down time or damages due to extreme weather encountered in Death Valley will not be covered by AAFRVR or its insurance company.
PLEASE REMEMBER, WE WILL DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO MAKE YOUR TRIP A SUCCESS AND ADDRESS ALL YOUR NEEDS. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO BRING THE MOTOR HOME BACK CLEAN AND IN GOOD CONDITION. MOTOR HOME MUST BE  CLEANED ON THE INSIDE. THE MOTOR HOME MUST BE RETURNED CLEAN TO RECEIVE ALL YOUR DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK. YOU MIGHT THINK IT'S JUST A RENTAL, BUT IT'S THE NEXT GUY'S VACATION. SMOKING IS NEVER ALLOWED IN ANY OF OUR COACHES AND FINES WILL BE LEVIED.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.

Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.

Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.

A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.

If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.

Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.

Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.

Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.

Refund Policy
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of travel insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

Security Damage Deposit
The renter must be aware that any damages to your unit may be charged to your credit card. You must bring this card for an imprint at time of check out. $500.00 minimum refundable security deposit for all vehicles driven in the USA. Compulsory insurance liability is the first $750.00 for all vehicles except the Class A which is $1000.00 in US. Vehicles may be taken into Canada or Mexico but the Security Damage Deposit will increase to US$1500.00. $2000 bond is required for all international clients deductible from credit card. The Security Damage deposit will be returned after a 14 day waiting period. This process can be sooner depending on time of year. This is due to processing paper work.
